The Juzo® ACS Light Calf is part of the Juzo® ACS variable compression system, designed for effective management of edema in the lower extremities. Made with short-stretch compression material, it provides adjustable, consistent compression to help reduce swelling in the foot, lower leg, or entire leg.

With adjustable straps and Velcro® fastenings, the Juzo® ACS Light Calf can be easily fitted to various leg shapes and sizes, allowing patients to manage compression independently and comfortably. For optimal results, it can be combined with the Juzo® ACS Light Foot or Thigh segments.

How to measure

• Measure circumferences when the limb is at its least swollen (ideally early morning or at the end of a decongestion phase). 

• Key measurement points:

  • Ankle circumference (just above the ankle bone)

  • Calf circumference (widest part of the calf)

• Decide on length: “Normal” vs. “Long” depending on leg length from floor to just below the back of the knee.

✅ Additional notes & tips

This product is available for left and right legs to ensure better anatomical fit.  

Two length options:

Normal length: for legs with shorter distance from floor to knee crease.  

Long length: for taller users or when this distance is longer.

Ensure the Velcro tabs wrap evenly and securely without causing pressure points or gaps. 

If you are between sizes, consult with your fitter. Making the correct choice ensures optimal compression and therapy effectiveness.
