Kliniderm Foam Silicone Dressings are soft, absorbent dressings designed for the protection and management of a variety of wound types. Their gentle silicone adhesive allows for secure fixation while minimizing discomfort during removal, helping to protect the surrounding skin.

The breathable foam structure effectively manages wound exudate, helping to maintain an optimal environment for natural healing. These dressings are comfortable to wear, showerproof (bordered versions only), and suitable for use under compression where clinically appropriate.

Directions for Use:

1. Clean and dry the affected area before application.

2. Select a dressing that extends at least 2 cm beyond the wound edges.

3. Place the dressing gently over the wound and smooth down the adhesive border to secure.

*Only bordered sizes are showerproof.
